Partnership Opportunities
We're building something different here. Not the usual consultancy model where advice gets lost in translation. Our approach pairs your industry knowledge with our financial clarity, and that's where real decisions start happening.
Start a ConversationWorking Together Makes Sense
Most partnerships fail because expectations don't match reality. We learned this the hard way back in 2023 when three collaborative ventures fell apart within months. Since then, we've been upfront about what works and what doesn't.
Strategic Alliances
Some firms bring us clients who need financial restructuring. Others refer complex cases involving multi-entity operations. We return the favour when clients need expertise beyond our wheelhouse.
Last year, a Melbourne accounting practice sent us a manufacturing business facing cashflow issues. We rebuilt their financial model, they handled the compliance side. Client stayed with both of us. That's how these things should work.
What Actually Happens
You'll meet our team during the first month. We'll discuss three or four potential scenarios where collaboration makes sense. Some work out, others don't. By September 2025, we'll know if there's genuine value in continuing. No lengthy contracts, no forced commitments.
How Partnership Development Works
This isn't complicated. Most discussions move through these stages naturally over several months.
Initial Discussion
We meet, usually over coffee or a video call. You explain what you do, we explain our approach. If there's overlap in client needs or complementary expertise, we schedule another meeting.
Trial Collaboration
We work on one or two projects together. Nothing formal yet. Just testing if our working styles align and if clients benefit from the combined input.
Structured Agreement
If things work well, we draft something simple. Referral terms, communication protocols, conflict resolution. One of our partners is a lawyer, so we keep it straightforward.
Ongoing Review
Every six months, we check in. Are clients still benefiting? Are we both getting value? If yes, continue. If not, we part ways professionally. No drama.
Let's Talk About Potential
If you're working with Australian businesses that need better financial clarity, we should probably meet. Not every conversation leads to partnership, but the ones that do tend to benefit everyone involved.
